MOM HACK: FREE Kids Books From the CDC
Hey mamas! Did you know you can get FREE books from the CDC?
They have a variety of free books and resources available but there are 3 key milestone books for your one, two, and three-year-old: Baby’s Busy Day: Being One is So Much Fun!, Where is Bear? A Terrific Tale for 2-Year-Olds, and Amazing Me: It’s Busy Being 3! They each have developmental milestones at the bottom of each page too.

*IMPORTANT: They restock these books DAILY so if they say they are sold out, keep checking back. I got mine at about 11:30 pm EST and have heard a lot of success getting them later at night.
STEP BY STEP How To:
- First head to the CDC.gov website
- Click PUBLICATIONS at the top
- Scroll down to CDC-INFO on Demand (under the “Popular Resources” heading)
- In the keyword search box. type in Baby’s Busy Day, Where is Bear? or Amazing Me (available in English and Spanish)
- Click each book and add it to the cart*
- Click Check Out and place your free order. Allow about 2-4 weeks for deliver
