Oh Twodles! Reign’s Second Birthday Party

On Sunday we had a little party with our closest friends and family to celebrate Reign’s second birthday. He loves Mickey Mouse so we went with the “Oh Twodles” Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Theme. Reign wore the cutest little outfit and some Mickey ears and had the most magical time!

This was a pretty easy theme with so many decor and food options! I got the themed kit from Amazon that had the balloons, the “come inside, it’s fun inside” door sign, and the tablecloth (used as a runner over a black tablecloth I already had) and I added a “twodles” backdrop which looked so cute with the printed balloon garland. I then added the “two” themed boxes, and his custom milestone sign from CocoaMintDesigns on Etsy on top to tie it all together.

For appetizers, we had Mickey-shaped cheese (cut with Mickey cookie cutters) with crackers, a fruit bowl shaped like Mickey, and some Mickey goldfish in his Kitchen Sink that was a souvenir from our sundae dessert in Magic Kingdom.

For mains, daddy BBQ’d some yummy “hot diggity dogs” and burgers with Mickey-shaped cheese, and some Incogmeato Chik’n Mickey Mouse Nuggets, and some yummy sides! For dessert, I made some Mickey-shaped Oreos (the ears are mini Oreos) and got some shaped gummy rings from the Valentines section in Target (yay for having a birthday so close to themed love day candy!) to add some sweetness.

Since Reign is not a cake fan so we got him some custom cookies from Drea’s Petite Sweets (same as last year, we love her work and cookies!). I also managed to get some chocolate Mickey-shaped caramel apples from Disney to add to the dessert buffet.

The weather was amazing so we did pin the nose on Mickey, Mickey toss that I created with some mesh laundry hampers (scroll down dor DIY instructions), and played with bubbles outside.
