Easy At Home Teeth Whitening With Smile Brilliant (+ Giveaway!)

I want to share with you all how I was able to whiten my teeth at home, I love my coffee and red wine and have the teeth stains to prove it, I have tried crest strips and other whitening products but never really was consistent with it and felt like it didn’t make a difference for me. So when Smile Brilliant contacted me and asked me to try out their kit, I was excited!

Making the Trays:

This was a fun part! You have to mix the “putty” basically to mold your own teeth. And don’t worry they send an extra set just in case you mess up! It took about a few days to get the trays back after I sent them in (the prepaid envelope was already included).

Whitening Process:

I have naturally sensitive teeth so I was worried about this but their product expect stayed in contact with me and gave some amazing tips to prevent and deal with the sensitivity, that worked!

If you experience sensitivity, you are able take a break from whitening for a few days and just use desensitizing gel for 20 mins before bed.

I whitened every night before bed, I brushed my teeth with water only, used about 1/3 of each syringe for each session and let them process for about 45mins to an hour each time. I didn’t eat or drink anything after I was done, that is why it was easiest for me to do this before bed.

Overall:

I was genuinely happy with the process and results. The instructions were clear and easy and their support staff are always there if you need them.

My results!

I will say that I did still drink red wine and drink coffee so if I had cut these out completely I would have probably seen a bigger difference, but I cannot live without my coffee in the morning and the occasional wine after a really hard day however, I am genuinely happy with these results and they are definitely noticeable!
