Tracking Fertility and Hormones with Mira
This post is sponsored by Mira, as always all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Mira fertility tracker
The Mira tracker is the only digital fertility analyzer on the market that gives you real, easy-to-understand numeric results that reflect your true hormone concentration to easily interpret your results, stay on top of your fertility journey, and make informed decisions. Every woman and every cycle is different and changes so this really helps us track our own personal hormone curve.
“Mira is the first FDA and CE-registered comprehensive women’s health monitoring platform with 99% accuracy in clinical trials. Mira shrinks lab equipment to a palm-sized device, bringing the accuracy of lab tests to the comfort of your home. The data automatically syncs with the Mira app. The AI learns personal health patterns. And above all, we empower you with the information you need to know exactly when you are fertile and infertile. Mira tracks cycles and predicts ovulation. Mira’s future tests monitor fetal health, measure ovarian reserve and detect menopause at home.”
How does the Mira fertility tracker work?
The Mira fertility tracker checks your Estrogen-Estradiol Metabolite (E3G) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH) levels to figure out when you’re most fertile – this allows you to get a larger fertile window of 6 days, unlike other ovulation stuff that just gives you a thumbs-up or thumbs-down, Mira gets you real numbers and helps you understand your body and cycle patterns.
And that’s not all! Mira can double your chances of getting pregnant, tell you how close you are to peri-menopause, help with hormone imbalances and infertility issues, and even diagnose menstrual problems. Sounds awesome, right?
My experience
I have the Mira fertility plus starter kit. The kit includes the Mira fertility analyzer, deluxe carry pouch, charging cable, user manual and instructions, 10 fertility wands, and 1 silicone cup.
When my Mira tracker arrived, I found it very easy to set up and get started with. I downloaded the Mira app and synced my Mira analyzer which only took a couple of minutes! I then started using the fertility wands each evening, around the same time. The wands were so easy to use with the urine cup provided. After dipping your wand in the urine cup for 10 seconds you insert it into the analyzer and after 15 minutes your results will show up on the Mira app!
In the app, you see your exact hormone levels and your fertility score for the day. The app also suggests when you should test so you are not missing your most fertile days and ovulation.
I highly recommend the Mira tracker to anyone who wants to better understand their hormones, fertility, and just their body in general. Whether you are trying to conceive or not, I feel like everyone woman should own this device.
